An AI platform designed around the work of law firms and legal departments.
Case file and document analysis, drafting and finding the key information in a case, as separate ready-made features rather than a chat window that needs the right prompt written for it every time. Every answer Bentora gives rests on the material in the case and on Polish and EU legislation, case law and legal commentaries, and carries a citation a lawyer can check in seconds.
What Bentora Legal does for a lawyer.
Case file and document analysis
Case files, contracts, documentation and notes all sit on the dedicated device. You ask about what matters: risks, deadlines, clauses, contradictions between filings, obligations imposed by the court. Bentora’s answer points to the passages it drew on, so checking it takes a moment.
Drafting pleadings and contracts
Bentora produces the first version of a pleading, a contract or an opinion from the firm’s own templates and the material in that particular case. You do not start from a blank page. It learns your writing style, so with each pleading there is less to correct.
Search across the firm’s own material
You ask a plain question and Bentora searches your past cases, templates and agreed positions. The answer takes you to the document itself, not to a list of files to work through.
Anonymisation, transcription and translation
Anonymisation of Word and PDF documents, and of photographs and scans. Transcription of recordings and translation of documents as well, without sending anything to an outside provider. It all stays on the dedicated device.
Comparing document versions
Contract variants or successive drafts of a document set side by side, showing plainly what changed and where the risk to the client lies.
We take your firm through the whole deployment.
A conversation, and a look at how you work
We talk about what your practice needs: what makes it distinctive, and the niche you practise in. We look at your day-to-day work and talk to your staff and associates, to establish where improvements would do the most good. We then identify the Bentora features that will let your practice work more efficiently. We also help you choose the hardware.
Installing a device configured for you
We prepare a device dedicated exclusively to your firm and bring it up wherever you choose: in your own office, or in Bentora’s server room in Poland. Data and documents stay on the device.
Fitting the AI tool to how your firm actually works
We recommend starting with selected areas and features, then widening the range of what Bentora does as the need arises.
Day-to-day support
Maintenance, backups and updates are on us. Lawyers deal with law, not configuration.
Designed around professional secrecy.
Your firm works on a device dedicated to it alone. You can keep it in your own office, or leave it with us, in Bentora’s server room in Poland, which is Bentora’s private cloud. Either one protects professional secrecy in the same way: case files and documents never leave that device, they do not go to outside parties, and they are not used to train other AI models. You use Bentora through a browser, and permissions and the activity history stay on the device, under your firm’s own security policy.
“Quod non est in actis, non est in mundo. What is not in the case file is not in the world.”
A Roman procedural maxim. The principle on which we design Bentora Legal: the answer comes from the case file, or it does not come at all.
Put your firm forward.
Today we work with selected law firms in a closed pilot. Admission is selective, and we work from the applications that reach us. Write to us and we will see whether this is the right moment for your firm.
All terms are agreed case by case. Pricing on request.
Who do we sell Bentora Legal to?
