A model that answers brilliantly once and then misstates a fact or cites a source that does not exist is no use to a lawyer. Where a case or a transaction turns on the documents, the result has to rest on credible sources, and every sentence should be borne out by the facts or by the law.
We design our products so that the answer rests on the material in the case and on sources of law, not on what the model “remembers”. The AI model grounds every proposition in a particular passage of a document or in a provision, with a citation you can check in seconds.

The tool produces answers with citations and footnotes to the sources. If something is not in the documents, it does not invent it and does not guess. It tells you it is missing.

You keep all the documents in a case in one place, so Bentora answers from them. Searching several hundred pages for a particular clause, risk or deadline takes minutes rather than a whole afternoon. The results come with a citation to the exact page and document.
Letters and first drafts
The first version of a letter or a contract is built from the firm’s own templates and the material in the case. You edit rather than write from scratch. Bentora learns your writing style as it goes, so that there is as little as possible left for you to correct.
Correspondence in order
Replies to routine questions, the flow of correspondence and documents, and calculating and entering deadlines: all of it handled according to the organisation’s own rules. At the end, a person approves everything that goes out.

Every document in your client’s case sits in one place, on a device dedicated exclusively to your firm, with no worry about breaching confidentiality or leaking client data. Bentora analyses case files, drafts pleadings and finds the key information in a given case. Every answer rests on the material in the case and carries a citation to the source, and all of it is built around the rhythm of a law firm’s work. Bentora will also anonymise Word and PDF documents, as well as photographs and scans, transcribe a recording or translate a document. That is only part of what it does. Bear in mind, though, that Bentora is an AI tool: before you sign a document or send an email, it requires your verification.

Your clients’ data is safe, and professional secrecy stays protected. Every law firm and every legal department using Bentora Legal works on its own separate, dedicated device. Documents, case files and correspondence are not sent to outside parties.
Where the device stands is your decision. It can stay in your own office, or go to Bentora’s server room in Poland, which is Bentora’s private cloud. The choice does not change the rule: data does not leave the device, and it does not leave Poland.

Bentora is not publicly available yet. We are developing it in a closed pilot programme with a handful of Polish law firms that want a say in the shape of the tool before it reaches the market.
Admission is selective, and we work from the applications that reach us. We take on a limited number of participants, so that each one gets proper attention during deployment and so that we can refine the product together on real matters.
